The building is delivered with high class materials and a stylish modern outlook, adapted to the environment and the style of the buildings at the foot of Vitosha mountain. The facades are executed with a combination of mineral plastering, bond with a wook-like look and granite.

The facade covering works have been completed and all common parts of granite and mineral plastering are under completion as well.
