Retro Build was entitled for the construction of a new boutique residential building in Botanic garden region of Boyana, Cinema center in Sofia.

The building has a built-up area of about 1000 sq.m. and is projected with a spacious swimming pool, landscaping and garages.

The construction site was launched on the 18th of September 2019.

Expected completion - in a period of 24 months
