The process encloses the whole process starting from the phase of feasibilities and investigations, project phase, preparation of all technical documentation, obtaining construction permit, construction phase, finishing construction works incl. obtaining use permit and put into operation of new buildings by market realization of the end-use product, i.e. sales and consulting, transfer of ownership and maintenance in the specified and contracted terms.
