Construction of a new 8-storey multi-family residential building with underground parking in Slatina res. c-x, Sofia has been launched.

The new building project foresees 26 apartments spread between 8 floors with 3 to 5 apartments at each.
It provides total of 13 1-bed apartments, 7 two-bed apartments and 6 three-bed apartments with sizes ranging of 80 to 187 sq.m.

The building is provided to be finalized in about 18 months.
